Unit price is per kg.
Construction Rebar
Round, flat and ribbed bars are used for construction iron (also known as reinforcement) .
The symbol Φ (fi) is used to indicate the diameter.
To give an example: When Φ12 reinforcement is mentioned, it means reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm.
If you see a phrase like 17Φ20 (L=4) in the project, this means 17 pieces of 20 mm diameter and 4 meters long rebar.
If the expression 12Φ14 is used in the projects, this means 12 pieces of 14 mm diameter rebar.
Ribbed Iron
The type of steel produced as an alternative to flat-surfaced construction steel, which is preferred in reinforced concrete structure manufacturing, is called rib.
It is an iron with uneven protrusions used to increase the resistance of concrete.
It consists of ribbed iron, carbon and manganese elements. It is used safely in construction with its toothed structure.
There are indentations and protrusions on the surface of the ribbed iron.
Thanks to these, it holds the concrete tighter.
It is produced in 12 meters length as standard.
Rebar, which is widely seen in the production of prefabricated structures, is used as a structural component of automotive, ship hulls and row buildings.
Difference between ribbed iron and plain iron .
Plain iron holds the construction upright while ribbed iron strengthens the foundation of the structures.
It prevents unwanted situations such as slipping by absorbing the concrete thanks to the teeth on its surface.
