PRODUCT FEATURES
Our air ducts are manufactured from TSE certified galvanized sheet metal and flange systems of the German company METU. METU is the first company to produce flange duct systems in Europe.
The areas within the METU flange that come to the channel edges are coated with a special alloy non-freezing silicone. In this way, class C sealing is guaranteed in the flanges.
In order to provide the necessary strength;
M20(20 flange)..............................0.7mm
M30(30mm flange).............................0.9mm
M40(40 flange)..............................Made of 1.2 mm thick sheet metal.
- A total of 7 bi-directional reinforcement strips are automatically placed on the channels at 150 mm intervals along the length by the channel machine to increase strength.
- The production and clamping of channels are done automatically on FIRMAC brand machines.
- Spot areas are painted with galvanized paint against rust.
- Special mastic is applied to the duct seam points to prevent leakage.
