Acrobat arms must be able to withstand difficult working conditions, continuous movement, friction, hot welding burrs, impact and the stress of the moving parts of the steel parts inside for a long time. PVC is not a material that can withstand these conditions for a long time. Even if there is no visible deformation over time, capillary holes may occur and cause a decrease in suction power.
- The flexible material of the acrobat arm you will choose should be at least 400 microns thick POLYURETHANE. Polyurethane is a long-lasting material suitable for heavy working conditions.
- Flame retardant polyurethane hoses are used for the suction and transportation of solid, liquid and gaseous (chemical) substances, large particles, and flame retardant air and raw material transportation in ex-proof environments.
