The outer casings of the direct coupled standard external motor axial aspirators from 30 cm diameter to 125 cm diameter between 3500 m³/h and 80,000 m³/h are square casing. The impeller is an aluminum bladed impeller with adjustable flow rate. All measurements are made in accordance with TSE standards. Production is available in higher pressures and diameters upon request. It can also be operated with a frequency inverter (speed controller).

MATERIAL
Fans manufactured from DKP or black sheet metal between 2 mm and 4 mm are cut on CNC laser sheet metal processing machines and welded together. Aluminum metal injection blades are printed. Painted with electrostatic powder paint. Propeller balances are taken on electronic balancing machines. They are sent to the quality control department before shipment.
