OUR PRODUCTS:
Our standard compact hopper smoke exhaust and pressurization fans, with direct drive capacity between 3,500 m³/h and 55,000 m³/h, from 30 cm diameter to 125 cm diameter, have a four-bladed sheet metal impeller. All measurements are made in accordance with TSE standards. Production is available in higher pressures and diameters upon request. It can also be operated with a frequency inverter (speed controller). Production is also available in models with ex-proof motors, with a resistance of (F-200) 200°C for 120 minutes and (F-300) 300°C for 120 minutes upon request.

MATERIAL

Fans manufactured from DKP or black sheet metal between 2 mm and 5 mm are cut and welded on CNC laser sheet metal processing machines. They are painted with electrostatic powder paint. Propeller balances are taken from electrostatic balancing machines. They are sent to the quality control department before shipment.
