The outer casings of the direct coupled standard external motor axial aspirators from 30 cm diameter to 100 cm diameter between 3000 m³/h and 42.000 m³/h are square framed. The impeller is a plastic impeller with 6 wings up to 50 cm and 5 wings after 50 cm up to 100 cm, which can be adjusted in degrees. All measurements are made in accordance with TSE standards. It can also be operated with a frequency inverter (speed control device).

MATERIAL
Fans manufactured from DKP or black sheet metal between 2 mm and 4 mm are cut on CNC laser sheet metal processing machines and welded together. The blades are printed on plastic injection. They are painted with electrostatic powder paint. The propeller balances are taken on electronic balancing machines. They are sent to the quality control department before shipment.
