Square Honeycomb Frame Hinged Vent

DMK Square Honeycomb Cased Grille is used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to absorb the intake air from the space, transfer it to heater and cooling sources such as hidden type fan-coils, split air conditioners, VRV placed in suspended ceilings/ceilings, and to intervene in the devices.

It is recommended to use in horizontal applications.

DMK consists of two main parts, the casement and the wing group. The oblique angled joints of the outer frame are welded and then ground. Thus, the joints become almost invisible. The distance between the wings is 12x12 mm. The cover where the wing group is located has an opening-closing feature. Since its effective area is slightly lower than other grilles, it has a low pressure loss value.

The case is made of special extruded aluminum profile, and its wings are made of aluminum sheet. It has two frame sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm. The mounting method can be selected as internal or external screwed according to customer demand. The cover locking mechanism can be made with latch, snap and key. As standard, the product is painted in RAL 9010 color with “Electrostatic Powder Painting” process, the mounting method is internal screwed, the frame size is 32 mm, and the locking mechanism is latch. It can be painted in other RAL codes according to customer demand or it can be produced in matt aluminum anodized coating or raw form when a metallic appearance is desired. When used for the transfer of room air to hidden type units, it should be preferred to have a fiber filter. DMK is produced as standard unless specified in the order.
